This website is not a commercial organisation, but run by Anna Fraser in her spare time. With all the best will in the world, it has become impossible to respond to the many  many emails I receive.
Over the years I have responded to many hundreds of your emails asking personal questions about tree diseases, what trees to plant, tree identification, where to buy trees and seeds and lots more. I regret that I'm no longer able to do this, due to the large number of visitors the website generates. I will spend what little time is available instead on improving the website further as this has the greatest benefit for all. 
I do take note however of any personal questions and concerns and will try and address these in the online pages.
